Airport Transfers

London Gateways: Transfers can be expensive, particularly between the Airport and central London. When you book your tour with Trafalgar your transfers to and from the airport are included. It''s that simple. Trafalgar has included a Free transfer to and from your airport and Central London.
Important – Please Note: Passengers will only be entitled to transfers to and from London Airports providing the following conditions are met:
You are staying at a London hotel, booked by Trafalgar, on the night of your arrival and the night prior to the date of your departure.
Flights are either booked by Trafalgar or detailed information on flights is provided by your Travel Agent not less than 21 days prior to departure.
National Express Dot2Dot transfers between Heathrow or Gatwick Airports and central London are provided FREE for all passengers provided you stay at a Trafalgar London hotel (booked by Trafalgar Tours) on the day or arrival and the night before departure, and have advised us of your flight information 50 days prior to departure.
Heathrow Airport: National Express Dot2Dot will pick up and drop off in time to meet all flights to/from London’s Heathrow Airport. Transfers are provided by coach.
Gatwick Airport: National Express Dot2Dot will pick up and drop off in time to meet all flights to/from London’s Gatwick Airport. Transfers will be by Gatwick Express train and coach.
In the event of unforeseen events (road or rail works, demonstrations, strikes) Trafalgar will not be held responsible for delayed or cancelled transfers.
No refund is available for passengers not utilising this service.

European Gateways: With Trafalgar all passengers will receive complimentary arrival and departure transfers on the scheduled arrival and departure day of their tour at the times specified below. Please ensure your Travel Agent reserves your flight to co-ordinate with the transfer times shown.
Trafalgar Bonus - Passengers who book Trafalgar''s Land+Air package and who arrive or depart outside of these specified times on the scheduled arrival and departure day of the tour will also be provided with a transfer.
Passengers arriving before or leaving after the scheduled tour days are not entitled to a transfer but may book and purchase one through Trafalgar providing that they also purchase the additional pre and/or post tour hotel night(s) from Trafalgar. Day 1 - Depart USA Overnight flight to London.

Days 2 to 4 - London (3 nights) After checking in to your hotel the rest of your day is free to start to enjoy the pomp and pageantry of the Royal Horse Guards, the welcoming informality of colourful pubs, the crazy fashions of Chelsea’s Kings Road and the bespoke tailors of Savile Row. On your first full day in London a half day sightseeing tour will show you Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. The rest of your time in London is at leisure. Perhaps walk in Hyde Park, visit the Natural History Museum or mix with the famous, and infamous, at Madame Tussauds. London is yours to explore – and you certainly may want to attend one of London’s top stage productions in the West End. Your Trafalgar representative will be available to help you with organizing any excursions during your stay, whether in London or to the countryside.

Hotel: Cumberland (3 nights)

Days 5 to 7 - Paris (3 nights) We take the ferry across the Channel from Dover, then drive across the Battlefields of World War I to the romantic city of Paris. On our first morning, we include a sightseeing tour which features the ascent of the Eiffel Tower to the second level, views of Notre Dame Cathedral, plus a drive along the Champs Elysées to the Arc de Triomphe and more. Also included is a visit to the Fragonard Perfumery and Museum. You have carte blanche to make the best of the ''City of Light''. Museums abound – try the Louvre or the Musée d''Orsay. Shop in elegant stores and boutiques for next year''s fashions. Or explore the wide boulevards crowded with pavement cafés. Also, perhaps visit the gracious Palace of Versailles or Disneyland Paris just outside the city. During your stay sample the legendary nightlife and be sure to try a Parisian cabaret spectacular. Or maybe dine out in Bohemian Montmartre or one of the many bistros of the Left Bank''s Latin Quarter.

Hotel: Hilton (3 nights)

Days 8 to 9 - Paris – Brussels – Amsterdam (2 nights) This morning we leave France and drive into Belgium to visit Brussels, the Belgian capital, to see the spectacular Grand Place and more. From here we drive through Belgian Flanders en route to friendly Amsterdam. Our sightseeing tour the first morning includes a canal cruise. Next we''re off on a countryside excursion to the village of Volendam, where we visit a clog-maker, a cheese farm and stop for a photo at a typical windmill. Later, back in Amsterdam, we will visit a diamond-polishing factory. Then there''s time at leisure perhaps to discover Amsterdam''s famous after-dark scene.

Hotel: Sofitel (2 nights)

Day 10 - Amsterdam – USA It’s time to say goodbye as we transfer to Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport for your return flight to America.
