Day 4 - London - Amsterdam
Greetings from our Tour Director before a scenic drive to the WhiteCliffs of Dover. Here we board our ferry for the short sea crossingto Calais in France. On our arrival we will continue by coachthrough the Belgian countryside to Holland and Amsterdam, one ofEurope''s friendliest cities, where we see the Mint Tower and DamSquare. This evening, we join our Tour Director and fellowtravelers for a Welcome Drink and then we board our glass-coveredboat for our included canal cruise. (Continental breakfast)Hotel: NH City Center

Day 5 - Amsterdam - Rhine Cruise - Heidelberg
This morning we travel eastwards past Arnhem, en route to Cologneto see the magnificent cathedral.Then via Bonn to the Rhine Valley where we embark on a Rhinecruise gliding past terraced vineyards and medieval castles. Wedisembark at St. Goar with views of the Lorelei Rock beforereaching Heidelberg where we will enjoy magnificent views over theuniversity city from the castle terraces. Day 6 - Heidelberg - Black Forest - Rhine Falls - Lucerne (2nights)
Today we drive through the fairytale Black Forest to Lake Titisee,pausing to view the Rhine Falls at Schaffhausen. Next intoSwitzerland and lakeside Lucerne. (Buffet breakfast) Hotel: Grand Europe

Day 7 - Lucerne orientation and at leisure
Our orientation includes a visit to the Lion Monument plus our TourDirector reveals a Hidden Treasure to us all. Then time at leisureto take a mountain excursion or shop for Swiss watches andchocolate. Later, why not join in the fun of a Swiss Folklore show?(Buffet breakfast / Dinner)

Day 8 - Lucerne - Paris (2 nights)
This morning we head into France, passing Belfort and the remainsof the Maginot Line. Then we make a picture stop to view thevineyards at Savigny-Lès-Beaune. Day 9 - Paris sightseeing and at leisure
Our guided sightseeing includes views of the ChampsÉlysées, Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde and NotreDame. Then we ascend to the second level of the Eiffel Tower forspectacularcity views.
