Day 3 - Copenhagen sightseeing and at leisure
Our morning sightseeing tour includes a walking tour through thearea around the Amalienborg Palace - an elegant quarter of 18thcentury buildings. Then we explore the historic center seeing the17th century Stock Exchange, the Christiansborg Palace, theneo-classical cathedral and the 19th century Theater Royal - formerhome of the Opera. Guarding the harbour we''ll see the LittleMermaid - the statue inspired by Hans Christian Andersen''s sadfairytale. Our Tour Director will also show us a Hidden Treasure ofthe city. Later, maybe visit the Tivoli Gardens and enjoy atraditional Danish dinner? (Scandinavian breakfast)
Day 4 - Copenhagen - Odense - Aalborg
After breakfast this morning, we head west and cross the bridge tothe Island of Funen and the town of Odense, Hans ChristianAndersen''s birthplace. From here we will cross to the JutlandPeninsula en route to Aalborg, a charming mixture of old and new,for dinner and overnight stay. (Scandinavian breakfast / Dinner)Hotel: First Aalborg
Day 5 - Aalborg - Stavanger
An early start as we head to Hirsthals where we board our ship tocross the Skagerrak to the port of Kristiansand in Norway. After wedisembark we join our coach and drive via Mandal and Flekkefjord toStavanger, one of Norway''s oldest towns. (Scandinavian breakfast /Dinner)Hotel: Park Inn
Day 6 - Stavanger - Bergen (2 nights)
After breakfast we enjoy an amazing journey today as we island-hopfrom Stavanger to the capital of the Fjords, Bergen. On thiscoastal highway we cruise fjords and pass islands on thisspectacular coastline. Later, we arrive in Bergen and experiencethe history of this picturesque city on our orientation tour. Day 8 - Bergen - Flam Railway - Sognefjord (Leikanger)
This morning we travel to the ski resort of Voss where we take atrain for a journey that will take us 3,000 feet above sea level.Time at the top to admire the scenery before taking the famous Flamrailway - one of the most exciting railway journeys in the world!We will enjoy spectacular views of mountains and waterfalls beforecrossing over the deep and magnificent waters of Sognefjord to ourhotel in Leikanger. Day 9 - Sognefjord (Leikanger) - Geiranger (2 nights)

Day 10 - Geiranger at leisure
A full day to relax in the clear mountain air surrounded by themost breathtaking scenery, which has been granted World Heritagestatus by UNESCO. Later maybe take an excursion along the Trolls''Road and see the Seven Sisters waterfall! (Scandinavian breakfast /Dinner)
Day 11 - Geiranger - Lom - Lillehammer
Today the breathtaking views continue as we drive out of Geiranger.Then along Ottadalen we stop to visit the traditional Stave Churchat Lom. From here we continue through the Gudbrandsdal Valley,inspiration for Ibsen''s ''Peer Gynt'', to the home of the 1994 WinterOlympics, Lillehammer, where we spend the night. Before dinner atthe hotel, why not take a walk along Storgata or perhaps visit theopen-air museum at Maihaugan? (Scandinavian breakfast / Dinner) Hotel: Radisson SAS
Day 12 - Lillehammer - Hamar - Oslo
Our first highlight this morning is at lakeside Hamar. Here we viewthe unusual ice rink built for the Olympics before making our wayto Norway''s capital, Oslo. On our arrival a guided sightseeing tourhighlights the medieval fortress of Akershus, the Royal Palace anda visit to the Vigeland Sculpture Park. After the rest of your dayis at leisure. Day 13 - Oslo - Stockholm (2 nights)
Today we travel across the border into Sweden. From here we willcontinue via Karlstad on Lake Vänern, and past the city ofOrebro to the island-ringed capital, Stockholm for our two-nightstay. Day 14 - Stockholm sightseeing and at leisure
The charms of this city are revealed on our morning sightseeingtour with a local guide. We''ll see the medieval Storkyrkan,Riddarholm church, the Royal Palace, plus a visit to the watersideCity Hall where the Nobel Prize banquets are held. Later, there''stime at leisure to browse through the fashionable stores or perhapsto visit Sweden''s Versailles. Tonight, we join our fellow travelersand our Tour Director for a Farewell Dinner. Day 15 - Stockholm - USA
This morning it is time to bid farewell to our Tour Director andnew-found friends as our vacation comes to an end. Airporttransfers are available, conditions apply. (Scandinavian breakfast)

We will accommodate you with a fellow passenger of the same gender on a ‘two-bedded’ basis (non-smoking rooms only). Please note that, regrettably, we cannot guarantee that room mates will be of a similar age group.
